Pending Approvals
Waste and blind stock counts do not change inventory until a person with the matching approval permission approves them. Approval posts one idempotent Ledger source.

Follow the six steps below. Enter only names, units, quantities and consumption facts; IDs, units in daily forms, timestamps and statuses are automatic. Employees never see the backing tables.

One sale uses stock items
Optional toppings are separate Sales items, so staff taps the drink and the topping.
1. Stock items
Add ingredients, prepared items, toppings, packaging and operating supplies.
2–3. Menu & Consumption
Add one menu item and match every ingredient used for one sale.
4–5. Opening Stock
Enter each physical quantity as a draft. When all items are covered, set the as-of/cutover date and confirm once.
Drafts do not affect Current Stock.Staff & Roles
Add staff and set each permission separately.
